Like all the other reviews, the interview process is pretty similar for other positions; it's a multistep process, and they focus a lot on your past metrics rather than your current work style. They also focus a lot on having a *good* cover letter. The interview didn't really ask much about me now but rather what I did before and my performance in past jobs.
