Very thorough interview. They will ask/inquire about your technical background. They are very sharp so if you say you have worked on something be prepared to give details.
They will bring you in and you will meet with the NOC Director and the Field Service director. They both will tell you what their department does and will proceed to ask you technical questions and give scenario's and ask how you go about resolving certain issues. If you don't know something be honest with them, they are trying to gauge where you can fit in.

You have 2 users in one office that both work on a two separate workstations. One user is able to access a particular website but the other user cannot. The user that cannot access the website can access other websites except for this particular website. What steps would you go though to get the user to get access to that website?
