Hi there, Tanya - the People Ops Manager at Limbic here. First of all, I would like to apologise for your experience and for feeling that your mental health was impacted in the process. We certainly take this seriously. It is unfortunate to read your comments on the interviewing process, as we have rigorous processes and we always try to move quickly but also with a lot of care. I want to assure you that the Hiring Manager that you met is truly apologetic - in the classic startup fashion they were pushing on multiple significant projects at the same time and whilst this is never an excuse, I hope it brings some clarity. Filling the Head of Marketing role was a product of some key decisions taken quickly by Limbic as a typical rapidly scaling company. However, we will definitely try to provide quicker follow ups in the future.
