It was fairly easy to get an interview as they constantly need people due to massive turnover. The interview was set up as soon as possible. It was a small group consisting of HR, Manager, and Department Leads. They asked a few questions and give an in depth tour of the warehouse and how the job works on a day to day basis as well as how the departments will interact.
