First they will start off with a phone screening. They will then email you with your scheduled interview (if they decide to) and they will have you memorize the company mission statement for in-person interview.
Interview with GM and hiring manager specific to job and discussion about code of conduct and job requirements. Background check and administrative work follows. Wrapped up within a few days.
3 part interview which the manager wanted to turn into 4. For the amount of pay being offered, the process was extremely drawn out. There was a phone screening, regular interview that lasted about 10mins and then a job shadowing for about 30mins. The manager then wanted me to come to a class and demonstrate my interaction skills with guests.
