The screening interview was very rushed. No one really wants a super long interview but this was 9 minutes. The person got on the call, did not greet me and said it would be about 15 min. They were clearly reading from a script and sounded like they hated their job. The only thing they would say is “noted”. It didn’t make me feel good or excited about the role.

Entrevista
The initial interview with HR/Recruiter was pretty straightforward and provided detailed information about the job responsibilities. A couple of general questions, like “why are you looking for another career”. I had a second interview with a hiring manager 3 later. Everything went well, about 5 behavioral questions and little more detail about the job. Nothing too major. However, the part that disturbed me the most of them getting back to me to inform me if I had been selected or not. The hiring manager said I would hear back within a week. My profile dashboard stayed at “under consideration” for over 2 weeks. After almost 3 weeks, I reached out to HR/Recruiter and was told on her side it showed “waiting on response from candidate”. I told her I never received an email or phone call. She told me she would reach out to the manager to see what’s going on and the next day I got a rejection email.

Entrevista
I worked for Liberty 2019 - 2021 so I interviewed before the pandemic and can't speak to any changes in the process. If you apply to be an auto claims adjuster unless you have prior experience you start in an Express Adjuster role. This interview was in person, I spoke with a panel of a few managers - basic STAR questions, and by the time I drove home I had an offer. Next is the Core Adjuster - an easy automatic promotion within a month or two because they're desperate to have more Core Adjusters to determine liability. Getting to the Total Loss level does require an actual application and interview. My interview was virtual, I spoke with a panel of managers including my future supervisor and they asked the standard STAR questions. Another role they're desperate to have people because ngl it sucks so getting to this promotion shouldn't be too hard.
