The first round interview process was efficient yet thorough. The talent recruiter does a good job keeping in touch with the interviewee and keeping them updated on the process. This was just a phone interview, so I think it could be beneficial and more engaging to hold the interview in a face-to-face setting such as zoom and microsoft teams. I think this would give the interviewer a better sense of the interviewee and vice versa. Overall, a good experience. I look forward to interviewing again.
