I was called on a Monday, had another call on Tuesday to set up an in person interview and I was offered the position by that same Wednesday. My in person interview was with one person that sat across from me and the VP of Marketing was on the phone. There was a little miscommunication with the college recruiter and the marketing team. Overall I had a positive experience. I really like that they gave me a tour and described their processes.
