Contacted by recruited on LinkedIn, met with said recruiter, two interviews thereafter one with the manager hiring and one with team. Just these two steps took five months. Very disappointed to have to chase up on the status of my application to then receive a call and be told that I was the most qualified candidate but the team wanted a certain language speaker for the the office and I did not meet that requirement. Not sure why I was interviewed when they knew I did not speak specified language. Messy and unprofessional - job description changed during interviewing process!

Consisted of two interviews, The first one was a phone call and the second was over zoom with two individuals who worked in underwriting. The first phone call was fairly easy they asked simple questions, the second interview was a little bit longer and asked more detailed questions.
