      Entrevista

      Start with phone call with recruiter, then phone interview with program recruiter director, then a scheduled interview on-site. On-site was interview with two different department manager(s). One with Bodily Injury (one manager by themselves asking me questions) then with home insurance claims with two different managers. After interviews with respective managers, you are brought to shadow a current employee and ask questions. A few hours after leaving, I received a call from recruiter offering me the job.

      A regional recruiter handed me her card and recommended I apply for their internship program. We scheduled a phone interview for a week later and at the end of it she stated she would recommend me to be interviewed for the CCDP instead. Then, I was contacted by an HR rep in the office where I would be working to set up a final interview another week or so later. That interview consisted of two back to back 45 minute interviews with two separate hiring managers each, followed with 30 minutes of job shadowing. As of right now I am waiting to hear back from the company regarding an offer.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was fairly simple. I first applied online and took a multi-tasking test that took about 40 minutes. It was simple but time consuming. Then they scheduled me for a phone interview that took about 20 minutes. It was mostly behavioral questions. They called me the next day to set up an in person interview. They said the interview would take three hours, consisting of two one hour interviews with hiring managers and then a one hour job shadow with someone who had completed the program. For me it only took a little over an hour and a half, which is pretty standard I guess. The person who I job shadowed said it took about the same time for his interview process. The interviewers were really nice and they made it seem fairly laid back, which was nice. It was not overly professional. After the interview, they said it would take a week or two for them to get back to me. Overall, it was an enjoyable interview process.

      Entrevista

      Phone interview that consisted of going over my resume and asking behavioral questions. Followed up several weeks late with an in person interview and job shadow. In person interview explained more about the job, and 7 or so more behavioral questions. All in all the process was rather disorganized, I wasn't informed when I said I would be following both the phone interview and the in person interview, but the people were all friendly, and seemed happy with their jobs.
