Entrevista
First interview is a phone screening, then second is a behavioral interview. The last interview is on site with a behavioral portion and a case portion. The case portion is straight forward, just calculating growth rates, etc..

The recruiter reached out to me over email and asked for a phone screen, took 15 mins and mostly about what my last internship was like, how's school, how's classes etc. Then there was a double ended interview on zoom beginning with a promise to not tell anyone the content (oops lol) then the technical portion. Pretty easy - they give you a proposal about a campaign to bring in new customers to analyze, and you look at demographics from each of the groups and draw inferences about which would be more profitable etc. Know a couple very basic marketing stats terms for this i.e. ROMI, and toss them in with your explanation. Then there's what they call a behavioral panel interview, which is super nice, there were two employees talking to me for a little over a half hour about what would you do if a disagreement happened? Tell me about how diversity helped you in your previous job, tell me about your past experience with data analytics. At the end there was a guy who went through the data analytics intern process then ADP (analyst development program) and I got to ask him all the questions I wanted. I asked about feeling like he was being paid enough for his work, working from home etc - don't feel like you have to be PC here, this employee isn't reporting back to your interviewers.

Technical interview - which area should we market to? Why? Involves talking through your understanding of a couple of graphs.
