Phone screening by a recruiter then scheduled panel 2-person remote zoom interview. The two middle-aged Caucasian women on the panel seemed to not welcome diversity, as they seemed not be engaged at the onset, so it was not very welcoming nor a relaxed experience. It was quite formal in their approach, comments, and questioning. I felt dismissed immediately upon sight, and like they were just wasting time -mine and theirs - for 30 minutes. It left a bad impression about the company and about applying ever again, because there is a strong fearful reluctance in me that they would be the same panel for every future opportunity statewide/nationwide, even if not so. I fear that they represent the company culture in a bad way. So, I will never apply again to Liberty Mutual. I have nothing good to say or take from the experience. I would advise my friends, no matter the race/culture not to apply to Liberty Mutual based on this interview experience with these two overly biased women.

The interview process was great. It was jot difficult but detailed. It was a two part interview. I was offered position on second interview. Star method is important to know. Be confident and positive
