So it started good then I get an email stating I was not selected which I was okay with but wanted to obtain some feedback on why I was not selected. I get an email back stating that they cannot disclose. Mind you I am highly qualified and have over three years experience handling total loss and overall experience of 15 years.

Phone screening completed with a recruiter within a week of applying, moved to next round and video interview completed within two days with the hiring manager - received an offer at the end of the interview. Everyone was not only kind and professional but very personable and really set the tone for what the culture is like!
