Once being considered for the role they will send you an assessment to get a rough idea of how you may work in a customer service role and then will schedule an interview for you after completion. After interviewing they got back to me within a week.

Initial call with HR, then if things go well will speak to a team leader. If they feel you might be a fit, final interview will continue to group presentation phase to showcase your ability to sell and present products effectively.

Stopped at the phone screen stage because this position is not a good fit for me. What you need to know that SHOULD be listed in the job description (but the screener said that "you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our customers" should have been read more carefully. :
-Hours they are hiring for are 12:00pm-9:00pm
-You are required to work one weekend a month
-You will have a day off in the middle of the week
-Training is 4 months long (this includes being licensed in all 50 states)
-To change your hours from 12-9 to anything more traditional, you'll need to perform well but that evaluation time will be 7 months AFTER training is completed.
This might be a great job for someone right out of college or that does not have a family they would like to see at night. It was not a good fit for me. If I would have known the information above I would not have applied.
