It has been four weeks since completing a phone screening with one of Liberty's recruiter. The recruiter said they would like me know by the end of the of the following regardless I was selected to the next step or not. Two full weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I emailed the recruiter to follow-up but they never responded. I find it very rude and inconsiderate to not follow-up at all when you speak to a candidate. The least they can do is send an automated rejection email instead of leaving a candidate hanging.

It was simple for me. One interview with 2 managers and that was it. It was virtual as most interview are today. That is all I have to say about that.
