Hard to say what went well since this person didn't make it far, but it helps to come prepared and arrive early. They were looking for people with experience in technical fields, so don't be afraid to go in depth about them. Aside from technical skills, organizational, and problem solving skills seemed like what they were looking at.

was very straight forward. Did not ask very many programming questions and asked a lot of behavioral questions. Told them about projects and accomplishments. They allow you to choose what area you want to get into once you get accepted.

Just basic past experience questions with the basic Personality questions thrown into the mix, no tech questions asked. Talked a lot about how the company was looking for and about my personal experience in filling these roles. Was not as hard as I expected it to be, was surprised with the no tech questions being asked.
