First is an HR phone call which is pretty standard. They go through your resume and some background on the job. They call you back to set up an in-person interview, which is all day including a long lunch. There's 2 behavioral interviews and one case study, all weighted equally

It was a pretty Simple Behavioral Interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Basic questions to gain knowledge on learning personality. It was a lot of basic get to know you and how you work with others. There was also a case study that used simple math skills.
