I was contacted by a recruiter and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in January 2014.
Interview Details – Contacted for this position end of December and was contacted by recruiter to schedule a phone screen the first week of January. Phone screen went great. The next day I attended an in person interview with the hiring manager, two supervisors and sat with an employee and was able to see what the job would entail first hand. I received email requesting information for a background check once I arrived home from the interview. Received an offer of employment the following week.

None of the questions were difficult. The interview was half situation based and the other half was to make sure my personality was fitting for the position. The hiring manage and both supervisors were very friendly and personable.

Could not believe the lack of HR and recruitment during interview process.
You get 2 knuckleheads interviewing you who have no training in doing such.
Then I look here and see people who they hired and they cannot even spell.
What a waste.

Phone interview with recruiter. Was told I would hear from them in 2-5 business days to schedule another interview. I'm assuming this means my process stops here, as most other reviews says they were scheduled for in-person interview during the phone interview

The recruiter was 40 mins late for the interview and was not prepared at all. No questions were asked about my skills or anything pertaining to my past job skills. Seemed preoccupied. Very unprofessional.
