I first had a phone interview with a recruiter. After that, I was notified that I was selected to interview with two claims team managers(one of which would be my boss). After that interview which lasted about an hour, I was told that I would be interviewing with a regional manager. This was a one on one, but he was a much tougher interviewer than the first two. Then I waited for around a month for them to finish interviewing and make a final decision.
