Completed the application that morning and later received an email to schedule a phone interview. Had the phone interview at the beginning of the week and it went much better than expected. The interviewer gives a much more detailed review of the job and what it requires. Expect to be questioned about your work history via resume, they will go down your resume as it is listed. Have several stories prepared for the "tell me a time when..." questions. Also make sure you know a few things about the company itself.
