I thought this was a great experience. Entire interview day lasted about 3 /12 hours. There was a presentation on the company and position, you job shadowed someone in the role to see how it works first hand, you had 2 interviews, and you took an assessment (similar to the one that was part of the online application process). They really want to make sure you are a good fit for them, and that they are a good fit for you! At the conclusion we asked when we would know if we would be offered or denied employment, and they said within 24hrs to one week. That same day I received an email asking for more information to continue the process (background check), and received my offer within 4 business days from the interview day!
