Applied online, I was then contacted via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of a few behavioral questions, followed by some background questions. I was then scheduled for an in person interview.

It starts with talking to a recruiter before an interview with during manager. Next they will set you up with a second and possibly third interview with the hiring managers. They managed to get me scheduled for all of the interviews within a week, all done remotely. The biggest thing they look for is being empathetic.
