Long and drawn out but I really liked the staff and the set up. I had a phone interview then I went to their office to interview in person. Once I got there I ended up being interviewed by several individuals and had to take a few test so they could evaluate me. Overall it was a Great experience but stressful when I had to meet with the Vice President. He was very personable though so that did take the edge off.

It's at least a two part process with your boss to be (an area or state manager) and their boss (a zone manager). It's behavioral base. Your best bet is for advancement from inside because you'll know the jobs of the people you'll manage. If you're from outside you better shine. Mediocre isn't accepted, but then again it shouldn't be. Have proof of your accomplishments like awards you won or current employer rankings.
