I completed the phone interview and was told that I would be moving forward and would hear back from a manager. Two days later, I received an email stating that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I was blindsided by this, especially since the phone interview lasted only eight minutes and I was explicitly told I was advancing to the next stage. Based on this experience and what I have heard about their high turnover rate. I can now see why and would not recommend this company.

I was contacted for a phone interview on a Wednesday and had an in person interview the following Friday. We first had a presentation of the company and benefits then we say on the floor with a rep and got a feel for the position is like. The interview was after that lasted about 45 minutes with 2 managers.
