The interview was a "Technical Meeting" that started with a discussion about my recent projects, the technologies I used, my delivery methodology (especially Agile practices), and my customer interaction experiences. Following this, there was a practical coding review exercise. I was given a code sample to copy into my preferred IDE and asked to walk the interviewer through how it worked. I then had to review the code and suggest improvements regarding production readiness, error handling, validation, and best engineering practices. Note that the use of AI coding tools like ChatGPT or Copilot was strictly prohibited during the screen.

Great, well planned out and not intense. Broken into three sections. Peer code review, general interview questions and a whiteboarding section. Everyone friendly and helpful. Process took about two hours. Did a technical before this that went through my coding experience
