      consisted of 4 stages of which your candidacy can be rejected at any of them. Very good communication with the recruiter through email contact. They always write back to the email in a nice and professional way .

      You can apply online by filling out my profile through their platform. After having all the data with them, profile reviewers approach to match your profile with existing roles. They may insist on fitting candidates in a specific role, not considering the candidates' experience. The recruitment team reaches out to schedule a pre-screening interview. They focus on lowering rates for their positions. Even though the recruitment team will always reply politely, all their replies are scripted since they do not skip any message replies. The next phase will be the technical interview, where they clearly don't know how to elaborate good open-ended questions. All the Systems Design interviews may feel like a waste of time since they outlined the problem to fit into what they wanted to hear, not having an actual problem to discuss. During that call, requirements might be repeatedly changed until the candidate speaks out the keyword that they are targeting. The outcome is that they reject candidates on technical interviews, and sharing feedback isn't a reflection of reality. In the feedback, well-known topics with accurate, broader, and deeper answers are taken as incorrect. Apparently, their feedback is made up to reject candidates based on the taste of the technical interviewers. Follow-up debates with the recruitment team about the feedback won't work since their policy is standing by inaccurate feedback, even if they have video recording and note-taking apps in the call. As a result, they may ban you from reapplying for the next 12 months
