Our interview process when looking for a temporary admin assistant through a staffing agency is much different and is very informal as you pointed out. When we are hiring for a full time employee in any of our roles, we have an extensive interview process that includes a phone interview, a manager interview, an interview using our StandOut platform process, and occasionally a peer interview. We want to make sure that the job is a right fit for both of us!
