Over the phone interview, it was ok and easy, they ask you about your employment history. If you have a certain language like Sudanese, and you speak good English, you can get the job right away. Then you take the langauge test which is medical and car accidents or banking realted.

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training
CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
