The stages are: * HR interview to meet you and know expectations * Tech Interview with 1 Engineer from LTIMindtree (If it comes from India, they are very strict with concepts, if it comes from LATAM is way easier and just asks things that you are going to use in your job) - If possible, talk with HR so this interviewer can be a guy from LATAM. * Customer interview (depends of the customer, in my case was very easy, just a manager interview to know about my skills and experience and another with 2 engineers from the team also to know about my skills and no tech questions were provided). After passing this, you will get an offer, the process is like 3 to 4 weeks. Note: After accepting the offer you will need to pass the BGC (background check process) and it is very annoying and deep as they will ask you for cellphone number of your references and they will call your references (my references confirmed with me that info). You need to pass the BGC so you can be hired, even after you signed the offer... (1 to 2 weeks long this process before you join the company)
