I had initially worked for LTI as a fresher and was interviewing in the same project as a senior developer. The interview was average and as I already had the project knowledge not too challenging. They focus on Java EE, hibernate and spring concepts.

Entrevista
Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL
It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks

Assessments & Technical Rounds: Candidates may complete assignments, such as coding challenges, case studies, or presentations, to demonstrate practical skills.
