I recently attended the HR interview for LTI Mindtree on **January 20, 2025**. Dressed formally, I was prepared to showcase my skills in **digital marketing, social media management, and storytelling**. The HR greeted me warmly, easing my nerves. They asked about my background, strengths, weaknesses, and why I wanted to join LTI Mindtree. I highlighted my leadership experience during my college fest, managing social media pages, and my passion for creativity and collaboration. They seemed impressed with my answers, especially how I handled challenges and grew from them. The interview ended on a positive note, and I left feeling hopeful and satisfied.
