I had a two-step interview that started with another senior developer and the hiring manager. The second stage was with a director and a VP. One of my concerns was that I needed a very flexible schedule to care for my kids. After talking to the VP we agreed that I could do my job just fine I accepted their offer at $80/hr at 5pm. At 9:30 pm I got a text from my recruiter that they rescinded the offer. We found out that the manager went back to his team to tell them that they were bringing me on. The team then had "concerns" about my schedule and whether or not I'd be able to contribute effectively. I am convinced I dogged a bullet. Any leadership that lets their subordinates dictate the team's cadence, scheduling, or operation is a team in trouble. The inmates are running the asylum. It's absolutely absurd that they would rescind an offer because of the "concerns" of people who have zero authority and responsibility beyond their own keyboards.

Process is good but the interviewers who came were pathetic and not professional interview got rescheduled 3 time and when the interview finally happened I see no time sense at all as one guy joined almost toward the end of call & other one was busy in production issues if that's the case why you guys waste candidates time and patience

Entrevista
Spoke with a recruiter at the company, and then scheduled and interview with the hiring manager through HR. The interview itself was not great, they did not ask specific questions about experience or skills, and asked very few questions at all. I would have turned down an offer based on the interview itself, because it felt indicative of what the experience would be like as an employee.
