Entrevista
The interview process was broken up into three parts.
First an interview with the Department head of the division you are applying for.
Then a take home test that is partly based on the position you are applying for and also on strategy questions to see how you think and work.
Then an interview with the CEO. The questions asked here are a current project and how you would go about analyzing and coming up with a solution. Also, there will be questions based on company culture to see if you are a good fit.
The last interview is with the Department Head and the CEO to make sure everyone understands and any last questions or concerns.
