Zoom interview with two seniors within the systems division, one from management and the lead engineer. 30 minute interview that consisted entirely of behavioral questions. Had a great conversation with both individuals!

One phone call round followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. The process was straightforward, efficient, and well organized. Questions were clear and focused on relevant experience and skills.

3 manager panel spanning about 30 minutes. Generally behavioral, reviewed my resume. Very laid back and low pressure. Time for questions at the end about the company and how they operate
Laid back non technical interview focused on determining experience, work ethic, and leadership abilities more than technical skills. Ultimately working well with people will get you the job more readily than purely technical experience.
