The process took forever. They contacted me quickly for an interview and asked me to take an online personality test. After the test it took weeks to setup an interview. Interview went well. I met with potential manager and HR manager. The job seemed like a great fit for me (actually easier than when had previously been doing). After the interview I sent thank you notes to my interviewers (the standart stuff). Never heard from them. Emailed the HR manager to see where they were in their decision and he said they were still working on it, contact him in another week. This went on a couple more times when someone I had never heard of in their company contacted me via email to tell me that they were persuing another candidate. There were only two other candidates (one I know personally who did not get the job either). My understanding is that they never hired anyone for this position. This process took at least 4 months. A total waste of my time. They seem to lack a clear direction in regards to what they want to do.
