I was not terribly happy with how the interview was handled. It felt superficial and rushed (I sorta expected this since it was conducted at a timeslot towards the end of the day), and the interviewer did not seem interested in getting to know me or my background. The questions did not match the job description, and it was difficult to understand the interviewer half the time. For a tech company, I was surprised the interview was conducted over the phone instead of using video. Prepare to wait if you apply and take an interesting aptitude test.

An amazing experience—very straightforward and professional response from both the recruiting and hiring teams. By far the best experience I've had with any employer I’ve applied to in the past. If you’re qualified and there’s still availability, be patient and prepare well for the interview, as the process is fast.

It seemed like such a good company to work for but the process left me frustrated by the end. - Email from recruiter - Logic and personality assessment online - Phone call from recruiter - Zoom call with people from the team - Final zoom call with director of the team I didn't made to the last zoom call and have no idea why. The process of the two first interviews was fast and everybody was kind and welcoming. They gave me the impression I would go for the final round of the interview but then completely left me hanging. I even sent an email to the recruiter asking for feedback and got no response. Days later they sent me a generic email saying they wouldn't go further with my profile and couldn't give candidates any more feedback than that. Still have no idea why I didn't pass for the final round, I was very interested on the position and the company seemed so nice maybe that's why I ended up so frustrated. Ghosting with no feedback is what most companies do anyways, Knowbe4 is no different.
