Interview Process Was Okay. I applied online and was contacted almost immediately. First I submitted a Questionnaire then I was contacted for a phone screening, afterwards I did a phone interview, after my phone interview I was pending to know if I would get an interview. Unfortunately, after the phone interview, they did not move forward with my application, it was a bummer cause I felt as if I qualified and would really fit within that role. I respect their decision but just want to know what is the reason they did not move forward with my application. I want to know this so i can see what's my mistakes were and fix them for future employment application.
