Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with regard to the overall process. On more than one occasion I was contacted and asked to provide times I would be available for a phone call only to be met with silence and calls and emails ignored. A glutton for punishment I still agreed to speak with them the third time being requested to provide availability. Thankfully this time they followed through but only as long as it suited their needs and then the ghosting continued. I was given false information by the recruiter which I believe ultimately cost me the job. When sending a follow up email to address per professional standards this was never forwarded to the hiring manager. They may claim to be the best company to work for in TB but their infrastructure and internal process is severely lacking. As is their rate of pay even for Tampa.
