Had initial interview with recruiter and asked to take aptitude test and cognitive reasoning test. I passed those and invited to F2F meeting at office in Clearwater. The F2 meeting took place after a tour of the offices , which are nice but very open. Many of the employees were dressed not just business casual but like they just came off the beach.
The company seems very results oriented, often it seems to the detriment of the clients. This was confirmed by some of my friends who work there. Some of the comments that the interviewers said made me feel uncomfortable and I have extensive sales experience, 20+ years. My suggestion is STAY AWAY from this company or approach with your eyes open.

If you had a choice to upset a customer or close the deal and leave a bad feeling about the company in the clients mind, what would you do?
Hi,
With all due respect, that is not one of our interview questions.
While we are results oriented, customer satisfaction is one of our main focuses. Our business model depends on customers renewing which they are currently doing at a very high percentage. That does not happen if the sales reps put their interests or KB4's interest over that of the customer.

It was as all interview processes should be. It was very straightforward and reasonable. The recruiter(s) were very responsive, stuck to their dates and set up for success. The feedback was candid and specific. The process was excellent and the people were very easy to work with and honest about where one stands.

first round with HR, second round will be prospecting call with sales director and the third round will be closing call with VP of sales. All happen within a week

Entrevista
Shelby and Val were exceptional. The interview process reflects all the positive stuff I'm seeing about the company: welcoming, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Obviously, each round was more challenging than the last but I appreciate how thorough they are. They're not out to play "gotcha" so if you prepare and are a good fit, go in confidently.
Application to offer took 15 days.
I got welcome texts from the VP and Director minutes after accepting my offer. I couldn't be more excited to start here!
