I'd initially applied for the position and within a week received an email saying the postjng had been removed but would be reposted and to watch their job site. It was good to get that type of information from HR and when it was reposted I reapplied. A few weeks later I receive an email from them wanting to set up an informational phone interview. Great! I email with days and range of days and times I'm available. No response, until I send a second email the next week - before the last day I listed for availability, listing new dates and times. The next day I receive an email with a day/time confirmation and I reply back say that works. The day and time come and go. I'm in central time so not knowing if they may not realize that I was ready the hour before and the hour of the call. Nothing. No email saying they needed to reschedule, no call apologizing. The next morning call the woman who scheduled, she had her number in her signature, left a voicemail say who I was and my phone #, saying we had a call the day before and didn't hear from her as she was going to call me. Let me know if the position is still available and we can reschedule. I understand busy, but even after I left a voicemail I got nothing.
I've looked at other responses here and HR says growing pains, allow for misses. But if you schedule a call follow through please. Hopefully this isn't indicative to how the company is run. It seems to be a needed market.

I agree 100% that a scheduled call should not be missed and apologize that it happened. We can always do better and I appreciate your feedback on your experience with us. I will apply some QA to this.
