I was contacted over the phone for a quick screening. Afterwards they review my references and LinkedIn and then called me back later the same day saying they wanted to do an in person interview. The interview was set up for the next day but first I had to do an IQ test and personality test online. Both were easy and it took about an hour total I think. I arrived very early so I spent some time talking with the receptionist who was very friendly and shared a lot of info with me about the company and its culture. My interview started right on time and was conducted with a member of the recruiting team as well as the person who would be my direct manager. They were very professional, very friendly, very thorough, and the room had GREAT views of the gulf. I will note that be big table left a lot of space between the interviewers and myself which was a little intimidating as they felt a bit distant. They said they had one more person to interview then they would let me know. I received the offer a few hours later.
