Company seemed pretty good, good base pay, my field and ethos so I applied online. Received telephone call from recruiter with short interview, then email with Scientology Tests - IQ (!), Aptitude and Personality - that took company's credibility away. Additionally, tech / star up or I suppose any new mentality companies in California and NYC where I have worked before don't test personality, IQ ( is that legal?) - I think this is invasive and a Florida thing since jobs are basically low paying and there aren't many rights to the employee.
