This company focuses way too heavily on their IQ/Personality test. Some of the questions were invasive/offensive. One of the questions asked if I would have more than 2 kids and asked about political views. I'm honestly not too sure how the test is even legal. I'm sure they miss a lot of great candidates due to this process.

Smoothest process I’ve ever been through! 3 interviews total, basic questions and a project. Very thorough, it moves as fast as you allow it to. My process took about 2 weeks or less. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
