It took about a month to have a final interview after the initial call with the recruiter. She was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I was not contacted for two weeks and finally reached out to be told that the position wasn't hiring but that there was a different department hiring. The hiring manager was a little cold but seemed like a decent interview overall. I was told I would hear back with a decision within the week. I was Ghosted. Very disappointed and highly unprofessional. I was excited about the opportunity and invested a reasonable amount of time preparing.

Very efficient and professional hiring process. I received a call from HR, set up a interview call for later in the week. After seeing that this seemed like a good fit for me and KnowBe4, we scheduled an in-person interview. Interview was a straight-forward Sales interview. Quick breakdown on my resume, short roll play, and finally a personality test. Was offered the job before walking out the door. Sounded like that was normal operation procedure.

The interview process was a thirty minute phone interview followed by an in person interview. Everyone involved was helpful, friendly, and communicated exactly what was expected at each level of the process. The entire team made my interview day enjoyable and exciting.
