Hiring was simple and based on fit and experience. Be someone that the group would want to work with and have some experience in framing or customer service. Some opportunity for leadership/buying/store design etc for people who are interested and capable so there were questions about that. Some questions about I would handle customer related issues but mostly hiring was about personality and fit with the group and experience.
