The hiring process began by submitting a C.V and Cover letter for review.
About 2/3 weeks after submitting the C.V, I was invited to an Assessment Centre (AC). The AC was largely informal, and at some points fun. Lunch is provided, and the majoirty of travel/accomodation expenses are covered. The AC consisted of:
- A Meet and Greet of Current Graduates
- A 40min. Competency Based Interview
- A 30min. Group Discussion
- A 30min. Group Excercise (Physical)
- A 30min. General Business Psychometric Test (SHL Fastrack)
- A 5min. Presentation (Prepared on the Core Values of Kier)
I recieved a phonecall 2 weeks after the AC and was offered a position.

The assessment centre consisted of 3 tasks- persona, interview, group discussion and presentation . The topic for presentation was given before hand and we had to choose one of them and prepare a 10 min ppt

2. Main interview - 1-1 interview, followed by group task, followed by self made presentation on provided areas
