    i applied online in october and got an invitation to the assessment center around december and the assessment center was in february. The day overall was very chilled and everyone there was lovely. started off by having a presentation from the team about kier. i was one of the first ones to have my interview. interview it self was really good make sure to give examples a range of examples would be good. it was basic competency questions. but it was more of a chat than an interview. make sure to talk about health and safety and also sustainability. after my interview we had the group activity which consisted of making a structure from legos the task brief kept changing after every ten minutes. make sure to take part but not overshadow other people. if you feel like someone isnt making too much contribution just ask them if theres anything they'd like to add. also offer to be the time keeper. after this i had my presentation, the topic was given on the day and we had the whole day to prepare for it. make sure you keep track of the time also when doing your presentation. make sure to speak and network with the different people on the day. speak to the graduates and other candidates.

    20 - 30 minute interview going through my knowledge of the business and their values. Went through previous roles and what experience I had that was transferable to the role I was applying for. It was a standard interview and was very simple.
