First interview was via phone, second interview at branch with managers. Management was nice and thorough, young which shows possibility of career growth. Overall positive experience. Key bank promotes a more customer driven environment around building relationships.

The recruiter did not sound interested throughout the whole interview and asked borderline offensive questions. A little background: I was unemployed for a while due to layoffs. I guess the recruiter did not like the fact that there were gaps in my work history and asked me if I am still unemployed? How would I support myself financially if I weren't employed? What am I trying to get out of being a teller? Is this really appropriate for a phone screening? I got a rejection a week after the phone interview.
