The original job ad said FULLY REMOTE. I Applied and interviewed. The first round was with HR and they said it was fully remote as well. Second, Third and Fourth Rounds were with different people from the Security team. At the second interview they said the new CEO started to change things and the role is now FULLY ON-SITE in Dublin City Centre. They offered NO compensation adjustment for the role being fully on site now. It is a shame as I looked forward to this role and the people I met were nice but unfortunately due to a new CEO exerting their newly obtained power to randomly start changing good benefits simply to show that she is in charge and can change things, I unfortunately had to decline. Because who is able to travel to Dublin City Centre everyday in horrible traffic and not lose their sanity, especially for such a low salary.

I went through 3 rounds of interview. There was a lot of gap in between. I had to follow up each time to get an update. After the 3rd round no response, no review, not even a rejection mail.
