Alex Lehman was my recruiter and main point of contact throughout the interview process, and he made the entire experience an absolute breeze. I went through multiple rounds of interviews a screening call, conversations with a VP and Director, and even a role play. Alex equipped me with everything I needed to succeed at each stage. 4 interviews in total, 2 in person 2 via video call. First 2 interviews were questions mostly related to sales experience and how to deal with certain scenarios. Last 2 were more interested in soft skills, personality, culture fit.
